  • Career Pathways

    Navigate career pathways, in just 4 easy steps. Online tool and assistance at the local career center is available. The new tool – the Career Ladder Identifier and Financial Forecaster, or CLIFF Dashboard (floridacliffdashboard.com) – uses personalized data to create a financial forecast of long-term wage growth. 

  • EmployFlorida Resources for Self-Assessment and Career Development

    There are online assessment tools beyond the profile available within your jobseeker account at EmployFlorida.com. Individualized assessment resources, such as interest assessments for students and adults, assessment skill-based tests, and other exams are available.   • Florida Commerce Information and Resources

    An array of salary trend, labor market research, industry projections, and other labor market tools are available on-demand. There are many websites that feature labor market information, locally, state-wide and nationally. Websites such as, EmployFlorida.com, OnetOnline.org and Florida Insight, are just a few to get started.

  • Professional Placement Network

    The team at CareerSource Pasco Hernando networks throughout the community to support the success of Career Seekers. The PPN provides professional guidance that is designed to help keep Career Seekers be competitive in their search for employment and covers a variety of topics, including resume review, interview tips, networking strategies, and more.   • ReEmployment Services and Eligibility Assessment Program (RESEA)

    The RESEA program supports jobseekers that have an existing reemployment assistance claim with their path to re-employment. Through individual and scheduled appointments, the RESEA program provides each claimant with orientation, initial assessment, labor market information, and an individual employment plan. The RESEA program provides online account support to the work registration requirements.   • Test Sessions and Assessment Profiles

    Testing your skills such as typing or computer proficiency strengthens your resume and interviewing skills.   • Training Provider Application Process

    CareerSource Pasco Hernando invites you to submit your current training programs for addition to its Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL).

    Steps:

    1. Please download the 2023-2024 Programs Spreadsheet (see link)

    2. Go to  https://etpl.careersourcepascohernando.com/ login and create an account

    3. Complete each form or upload documents – there are 11 steps


    Ensure proposed programs coincide with the Targeted Occupation List

    Complete these steps for consideration by the Pasco Hernando Workforce Board at it's next meeting.

    All documents requested are the most current you have available.

The Economic Self-Sufficiency Program helps to promote strong and economically self-sufficient communities by determining eligibility for food, cash and medical assistance for individuals and families on the road to economic recovery.

    The Occupational Outlook Handbook is a nationally-recognized source of career information designed to provide valuable assistance to individuals making decisions about their future.

  • Ticket To Work

    The Ticket to Work Program (TTW) helps qualified individuals receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits secure employment through a wide array of services.  In most cases, participants can still keep their healthcare benefits. 


    Ticket to Work Facts


    Services include, but are not limited to:

    • In-house recruitment events and job fairs  
    • Assistance with virtual recruiter set up to help you connect with a very diverse pool of employers 
    • One-on-one career planning with a designated counselor 
    • Funding for educational and occupational training through the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act program
