  • ATLAS

    Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board, Inc., dba CareerSource Pasco Hernando (CSPH) entered into a contract with CTS to provide Software with audit interface, database storage, program/forms builder, e-courses, e signature, eligible Training provider portal and Kiosk, with the ability to receive Kiosk alerts, Kiosk registrations, program buttons, self-sign, self-document upload and staff document upload and reporting.  This contract is an annual contract and can be renewed for up to 4 years, based upon service provider performance and funding availability

  • Information Technology

    Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board, Inc., dba CareerSource Pasco Hernando (CSPH) entered into a contract with CTS to provide maintenance, management and support for its data network, telecommunications system and other information technology. This contract is an annual contract and can be renewed for up to 4 years, with Board approval based upon service provider performance and funding availability. We are in the final year of this agreement.

  • NCPEP Sub-Award Agreement

    Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board, Inc., dba CareerSource Pasco Hernando (CSPH) entered into a contract with Gulf Coast Jewish Family Community Services (GCJCFS) to perform the duties attributed to it by CareerSource Pasco Hernando for the operation of the Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program “for the Greater Tampa Bay Area, including Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco and Hernando counties, as well as Dade County.”  Contractor shall provide services necessary to fulfill its obligations and substantiate payment rendered to Contractor in compliance with the relevant statutes, policies and regulations, and by following the Statement of Work in the original contract.

  • One Stop Operator (new)

    Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board, Inc., dba CareerSource Pasco Hernando (CSPH)  entered into a contract with T Clark Workforce Solutions, Inc. CSPH defines the One-Stop Operator (OSO) as an entity that will coordinate the service delivery of One-Stop partners and service providers within the Career Centers.  The One-Stop Operator will establish and/or maintain linkages between all one-stop partners designated by CareerSource Pasco Hernando to improve communication, referral, service delivery, and tracking of performance of the partners. The OSO will also coordinate and hold at least quarterly meetings with all one-stop partners designated by CareerSource Pasco Hernando as well as other duties defined within the Statement of Work.

  • WIOA Youth Services

    Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board, Inc., dba CareerSource Pasco Hernando (CSPH) entered into a contract with Eckerd Youth Alternative, Inc. The program objective for the Contractor is to help young adults develop lifelong skills, while overcoming obstacles and barriers, through a seamless integration of case management and workforce preparation services in the Pasco Hernando workforce region (Region 16). The Contractor will ensure accessibility of services to at-risk young adults in Pasco and Hernando counties. This will be accomplished through partnerships with the workforce system, educational partners, community and social service agencies and organizations as specified in the contract.

  • Goodwill WIOA DW Placement Services Pilot

    Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board, Inc., dba CareerSource Pasco Hernando (CSPH) entered into a contract with Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc. The program objective for the Contractor is to help Dislocated Workers overcome obstacles and barriers and find sustainable employment, through a seamless integration of case management and workforce preparation services in the Pasco Hernando workforce region (Region 16). The Contractor will ensure accessibility of services to Dislocated Workers in Pasco and Hernando counties. This will be accomplished through partnerships with the workforce system, community partners, social service agencies and organizations as specified in the contract.

  • Janitorial & Maintenance Services Agreement

    On July 1, 2022, Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board, Inc., entered into an agreement with Venture Guard Property Management, LLC to provide janitorial services and maintenance at CSPH’s offices.  The agreement is for one year with the option to renew three additional one-year terms.  

    The 2022-2023 contract is for janitorial services, plus additional add on costs for general maintenance, such as AC, electrical and plumbing.

  • Janitorial Services Agreement

    Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board, Inc., entered into an agreement with M&G Investors, LLC dba M&G Janitorial Services.  M&G Janitorial Services provides janitorial services at CSPH’s offices.  The agreement is for one year with the option to renew two additional one year terms.

Soule Company submitted a CT application in response to the January 1, 2021 RFP posted on the Careersourcepascohernando website.  This contract assists with CT funds for training Soule Company will complete during the 7/1/2020 – 6/30/2021 program year.

    Pasco Hernando Workforce Board, Inc., dba CareerSource Pasco Hernando (CSPH) entered into a Customized Training contract with AME Trading, Inc. to provide assistance with training their employed workers. AME Trading, Inc. submitted an CT application in response to the January 1, 2021 RFP posted on the Careersourcepascohernando website.  This contract assists with CT funds for training AME Trading, Inc. will complete during the 7/1/2020 – 6/30/2021 program year.

    Pasco Hernando Workforce Board, Inc., dba CareerSource Pasco Hernando (CSPH) entered into a Customized Training contract with Dixie Belle Paint Company to provide assistance with training their employed workers. Dixie Belle Paint Company submitted and CT application in response to the July 1, 2020 RFP posted on the Careersourcepascohernando website.  This contract assists with customize training Dixie Belle Paint Company will complete during the 7/1/2020 – 6/30/2021 program year.
