CSPH defines the One-Stop Operator (OSO) as an entity that will coordinate the service delivery of One-Stop partners and service providers within the Career Centers. The One-Stop Operator will establish and/or maintain linkages between all one-stop partners designated by CareerSource Pasco Hernando to improve communication, referral, service delivery, and tracking of performance of the partners. The OSO will also coordinate and hold at least quarterly meetings with all one-stop partners designated by CareerSource Pasco Hernando as well as other duties defined within the Statement of Work.

On July 1, 2022, Pasco-Hernando Workforce Board, Inc., entered into an agreement with Venture Guard Property Management, LLC to provide janitorial services and maintenance at CSPH’s offices. The agreement is for one year with the option to renew three additional one-year terms.
The 2022-2023 contract is for janitorial services, plus additional add on costs for general maintenance, such as AC, electrical and plumbing.

Pasco Hernnado Workforce Board, Inc., d/b/a CareerSource Pasco Hernando is currently accepting proposals to provide One Stop Operator Services for our offices in Pasco and Hernando Counties.
Pasco Hernnado Workforce Board, Inc., d/b/a CareerSource Pasco Hernando is currently accepting proposals to provide Information Technology Services for our offices in Pasco and Hernando Counties.
CSPH is currently looking for one location in Eastern Pasco County.
The ideal location would be in Dade City or surrounding area that is centrally located. The current location is 15000 Citrus Country Drive, Dade City, FL 33523.
All locations within Eastern Pasco County will be considered. Office space must conform to normal government office space requirements, including the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended.
CareerSource Pasco Hernando (CSPH) is requesting proposals for office space in Hernando County to serve as the agency’s One Stop location.
