Employee Will Be Trained on the Following:
1Learn to provide medication assistance and/or administration for residents in accordance with certification scope of practice, state regulations and Meridian Senior Living policies and procedures; Meet and greet visitors in a friendly, helpful manner
2Learn to observe residents for changes of condition, communicate observations to the Wellness nurse or Wellness Manager; Assist in maintaining the medication cart and storage room in a neat and orderly manner
3Learn to accept responsibility for accurate medication counts and for security of the medication cart and medication storage room for assigned shifts; Assist in the dining room during resident mealtimes as needed
4Learn to assist residents if certification and training allows, with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility as needed; Take initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
5Learn to engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care and medication assistance; Respond to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly and provide or obtain assistance as necessary
6Learn to observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, medication side effects, accidents, injuries or unusual occurrence and reports immediately to supervisor
7Learn to complete all documentation such as medication administration records, incident reports, change of condition reports, and behavior documentation as requested and in a timely manner
8Learn to answer phones appropriately, according to company and community standards

1Learn to prepare parts for coating
2Learn to follow all principles and practices of powder coating application; Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers and booth collection systems
3Learn to observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects
4Learn to determine paint flow, viscosity and coating quality by performing visual inspections or by using viscometers
5Learn to bake parts at appropriate temperatures with time limitations; Learn knowledge of thermosetting resin coatings, wash and pretreatments
6Learn to ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance
7Learn to ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout facility; Learn to ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment; Learn to load and unload parts or product onto fixtures.
8Learn knowledge of the mechanics and repair of painting equipment;  Learn proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment
