Employee Will Be Trained on the Following: 
1Learn to assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care; Report observations to licensed nurse/supervisor promptly
2Learn to keep proper records of care. Complete all forms and documentation such as change of condition reports, behavior tracking in a timely manner; Immediately report any changes in resident’s condition to the supervisor
3Learn to be knowledgeable about the residents’ biographies, preferences, habits and interests; Assist with medication assistance if permitted by State regulations, upon successful completion of training, following safe practices and under the supervision of a licensed nurse; Focus on customer service to residents in dining services; Answer phones appropriately

2Learn to clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas; Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing
3Learn to clean all community showers, toilets, sinks, countertops, and baseboards, stock with paper towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo; Clean carpets using extractor as scheduled or needed; Empty trash in offices and public areas

8Learn to answer phones appropriately, according to company and community standards
